Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, on the day I was going to pick it up I called to give them a heads up. They had no idea of any cake order that was made almost a month prior. Then called me back to tell me they don’t have a cake decorator, when I asked for a refund they offered me a premade cake, I declined and just asked for a refund. I had to go to the store to get the refund where they told me the cake decorator had a medical emergency. 3 different stories as to why a cake wasn’t made. They claimed they tried to call me, I received no call what so ever. Never have I returned, nor will I.

Pretty disappointing drive-through experience. They forgot the spoons, napkins, and the cone, and the ice cream was already really melty by the time we got it. I also couldn’t understand the person through the intercom to save my life, which made ordering way more difficult than it needed to be. There also wasn’t any visible list of flavors, so figuring out what to order was kind of a guessing game. Overall, probably one of the most difficult drive-through experiences I’ve ever had for something as simple as ice cream. Bummer, because Baskin-Robbins is usually supposed to be the easy, fun stop.
